*Final Assessment fees are not included in the initial course fee payment and are payable separately upon application for the required Final Assessment sitting.

Please ensure you list your Attendee Reference Number as your payment reference
Deposit amount – £200 (minimum).
Must be received prior to the listed closing date, to secure your place.
Deposit payment can be made online at time of application, or at a later date if alternative payment method preferred.
Monthly payments – £75 per month – minimum payment required until balance settled.
Monthly payments should be set up by you as a standing order with your bank.

Please note: the option for staged payments is only available for self-funding students. It is not possible to arrange instalment payments for practices.
Payment terms are strictly within 30 days of booking and must be confirmed prior to the close of applications for the requested intake.
Applications will be deemed complete, once an online application form is submitted and payment is confirmed in full.
Confirmation of enrolment on a listed intake, will be issued by email at least one month prior to the listed start date of the requested intake.
Discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retrospectively or cumulatively added.
Your application confirmation email is automatically generated and will contain a link to a printable VAT invoice/receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the course to those who are not Registered Veterinary Nurses or holders of equivalent qualifications.
VAT is calculated at current rates.
All correspondence is via e-mail.
Payment must be received prior to the listed closing date for your preferred intake, or we will be unable to confirm your application. If payment is not received by this date, your application would be withdrawn from the requested intake.
Application closing dates for intakes are as follows:
April intake: 1st February
October intake: 1st August
If you are a member of Vets Now or IVC staff, work with one of our partner practices or have attended any Vets Now event previously, you will be entitled to a discount on course costs. Please email us for details of the code to use.
Final assessment fees are £350 plus VAT. Payment is required only once all coursework is completed satisfactorily and a verified assessment registration has been submitted. (prices correct as of October 2024 – may be subject to change)
Registration for any revision webinars will be additional to the assessment fee and charged at £18 per webinar or £60 for all 4.
