What to expect?

Join James McMurrough and Ollie Russell for a relaxed, interactive day focused on cardio-respiratory medicine.

The day will start with a session on how to approach the dyspnoeic patient, including: initial assessment, therapeutics and how to select the most pertinent diagnostic tests. This will be followed by an interactive workshop on ECG interpretation.

After a lunch break, where we will be happy to take you on a tour of the hospital, we’ll move on to discussing respiratory causes of dyspnoea.

Finally, we’ll round the day with a case-based discussion looking at how to distinguish whether your patient is dypsnoeic due to an underlying cardiac or respiratory disease.
