Leonor Roses, who is originally from Majorca, was Vets Now’s first small animal surgery resident, realising a long-held dream by embarking on a surgery residency. She is now a referral clinician in small animal surgery.
Having studied in Valencia and graduating in 2012, Leo moved to the UK and began working in a referral practice in Norfolk. Following this she completed her first rotating internship in a private practice in Liverpool, then went on to complete a year in first opinion practice, followed by a surgical internship at Fitzpatrick’s. Before joining Vets Now at the 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Hospital, Glasgow for an internship, Leo worked with PDSA for six months.
Following the completion of her internship in the hospital, Leo began her four-year residency in January 2019 at our 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Hospital, Glasgow. She is now a referral clinician.
