Devoted Privacy Policy

We are Vets Now Limited (company registration number SC339529 ) whose registered office is at Penguin House

Dunfermline
Fife
KY11 8SG(“we”, “us”, “Vets Now”).

Our website is operated by Vets Now Limited. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (respectively referred to from now on as the “Privacy Policy” and the “Terms of Use”) apply when you register for our membership programme Devoted (“Devoted”). Please read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use carefully before you register or apply for your membership. We may change the Terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

2.TERMS OF USE
2.1. The membership

• The membership comes into effect 72 hours after signing up
• It is free to be a member of Devoted
• A member may cover up to 2 animals under their membership
• Employees of Vets Now Limited are not permitted to be a member of Devoted
• Your membership is non-transferable and members are only entitled to one account
• Members must keep their personal details up-to-date and keep Vets Now informed of any changes to their personal details

2.2. Discount

• Vets Now offers Devoted members a discount of £25.00 on any out-of-hours case seen at a Vets Now clinic or hospital where an out-of-hours fee and consultation is charged
• The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If more than one discount applies, the greater one will be applied
• The discount cannot be used on transfer and referral cases
• The discount only comes into effect after the membership has been processed, usually 72 hours after signing up
• The £25 discount can only be used once within any 7 day period
• Vets Now reserve the right to change or revoke the discount amount at any given time. We will inform you before any changes are made
• In order for the discount to be applied, the membership number must be presented at the time of the invoice being issued

2.2. Cancellation

• Members may cancel their membership at any time
• When a membership is cancelled, the account becomes inactive within 72 hours
• Vets Now reserves the right to cancel memberships at their discretion and without prior notice
