Heading South away from Chesterfield towards Alfreton, A61
Head south on the A61 (Derby Road). When you come into Clay Cross you will pass the McDonalds on your left at the roundabout. At the next roundabout you will pass Tesco and Aldi on the left. Carry straight over following the A61 through Clay Cross Highstreet. Keep following the A61 until you see a sign for crossroads with Danesmoor/Pilsley on the left and Hangley/Littlemoor on the right. At these crossroad traffic lights turn left onto Thanet Street, away from The George & Dragon pub on the right. Follow Thanet Street for a short while, taking the second road on the left called Broadleys. The Charlesworth Veterinary Surgery is a big white house just after the second road on the left (Grundy Road). There is limited parking behind the building and then free on-street parking to the side and front of the building. Parking available at front of the building.
Heading North away from Alfreton, towards Chesterfield, A61
Head north on A61 until you reach Clay Cross, which is signposted below 30mph road signs. Keep following the A61 until you see a sign for crossroads with Danesmoor/Pilsley on the right and Hangley/Littlemoor on the left. At these crossroad traffic lights turn right onto Thanet Street, away from The George & Dragon pub on the left. Follow Thanet Street for a short while, taking the second road on the left called Broadleys.
