About the Job
Roving Veterinary Surgeon
Up to £90,000 DOE plus benefits
Now for changing environments and landscapes
Dive into the world of Emergency and Critical Care in our Macclesfield, Stoke and Telford clinics. As you navigate the changing landscape and diverse caseload that comes with being a Roving Vet Surgeon, you will sharpen your skills and enhance your knowledge.
Now for work-life balance
Embrace a rota that weaves through weekend days and nights, weeknights, and bank holidays. On a full-time basis, you’ll work an average of 40 hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance with no more than three consecutive nights. The rota will be built sympathetically to travel time across the different clinics, and you will enjoy the perks of regular extended downtime intervals, giving you ample time to recharge and maximize your time off. For individuals desiring fewer hours, part time applications are warmly welcomed.
Now for enhanced rewards and benefits
From private medical insurance to an enhanced sick pay, we prioritise your health and security. Our family-friendly policies extend to paternity and adoption pay schemes, fostering a supportive environment. Enjoy an annual leave of seven weeks on a pro-rata basis, with the added bonus of your birthday as a paid day off. Boost your professional development with a generous £1,500 CPD allowance and 35 paid hours on a pro-rata basis. We’re dedicated to supporting your expertise with ECC certificate assistance, providing both financial aid and paid study leave. RCVS fees and VDS cover are also part of the comprehensive benefits package we offer.
