Key Responsibilities

As the Clinic Administrator, you will report to the Head Nurse and focus on various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic. Tasks will include:

  • Prepare and execute weekly banking tasks including cash deposits, debt chasing and preparing and administrating refunds to clients.
  • Petty cash management and till balancing.
  • Control account management and investigate banking differences alongside the Head Nurse and the Finance team.
  • Stock ordering for clinic office supplies and marketing materials for the clinic.
  • Manage clinic emails and respond to client enquires.

Working Pattern

Every Monday working 09:00 to 14:00
