Weekend Veterinary Receptionist

Role Overview

  • First point of contact:
    • Serve as an initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, whether through calls or in person visits. Including greeting all clients, answering calls, and booking appointments as well as handling financial transactions.
  • Administration:
    • Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
    • Providing updates to veterinary staff about patients enroute or clients requiring assistance.
  • Client Support:
    • Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.

Working pattern

Every other weekend working Saturday from 12:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
